Gardens and grounds
Details
The two feature gardens were incorporated into the development to cope with floodwater entering the estate, when the River Severn is in spate. The gardens are a key feature of The Old Meadow and we want to ensure that they continue to flourish. We are currently undertaking a long-term programme to fully overhaul the existing planting as well as introduce new shrubs and flowering plants. The gardens, other areas of the grounds and hard surfaces are managed by professional contractors who report to our agents, Warwick Estates. Anyone wanting further information should contact our property manager. The gardens are for the peaceful enjoyment of all residents.
Access and entry to the estate from the river path
There are three gates - at the back of Cadman Place, in the north garden and in the south garden.
Each gate has a security keypad. The code should be passed onto you by the previous occupier, or on request from our Managing Agent
