There is no doubt that The Old Meadow (TOM) is a beautiful place to live. We have easy access to the town centre, many great walks on our doorstep and a wonderful outlook onto the River Severn.

The estate was designed by renowned local architect Andrew Arrol who has an impressive pedigree including extensive work on Chester Cathedral and York Minster. Unlike the many identikit housing estates that are currently popular on the outskirts of the town, The Old Meadow was designed to fit in with and complement the conservation area in which we live, with its neo-Georgian style. The uniformity of design of the housing terraces, in particular, is reminiscent of the beautiful Georgian and Regency terraces of towns such as Bath, Cheltenham and Leamington Spa. If you would like to know more about the design of the development please view the history page.

To assist members of our community we have designed this site to provide lots of useful information on how the estate is run. We have set out some practical guidelines on behalf of residents to help encourage everyone to play their part in retaining the design integrity of the estate and in maintaining a happy and harmonious place for all.

We hope that you will find what you need here but if not please do not hesitate to ask.

Finally, if you live here already or decide to live here in the future, we sincerely hope that your time as a resident on The Old Meadow is an enjoyable, pleasurable experience and a happy period in your life.

With warm regards,

The Board of Directors of the Residents' Management Company
