Directors

The members of the Board of the Residents Management Company (RMC), which represents the owners, are listed below. Each member of the board has specific responsibilities. Board of directors
The RMC board consists of a maximum of 10 directors (currently including a representative from David Wilson Homes (not listed)).

The board directors are elected by the members of the RMC. The board oversees the management and accountability of the appointed managing agents who in turn are responsible for the day-to-day running of the estate in matters of expenditure and in relation to the engagement of suppliers and contractors.

The board of directors is drawn from owners of a property on The Old Meadow estate (freehold or leasehold). A director will have an input in to the way the development is run and financed and will have time to liaise with the managing agent and attend regular board meetings.

Meetings
There are around six board meetings a year, depending on issues; ideally one annual general meeting and other ad-hoc and site meetings which, as a director, you would be asked and expected to attend.

A General Meeting (AGM) should ideally be held annually, although due to issues with end of year accounts (now resolved) this practice has slipped in recent years. The last AGM was, however, held on 14 January 2026 and we hope to hold another full meeting at the end of the year. The AGM gives all members of the RMC the opportunity to attend, to put themselves forward for election and/or elect directors, to table items for consideration and to vote on issues and to meet up with fellow owners.
