Montgomery House - Important Fire Safety Notice (5th June 2026)

From Principle Estate Management:
Following a recent Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) inspection, a number of items were identified in the
communal corridors, including door mats, footwear, and other personal belongings.
We kindly ask that all residents remove any personal items from the communal areas as soon as possible.
These items can create trip hazards and may obstruct escape routes in the event of an emergency
evacuation. To ensure the safety of all residents and to comply with fire safety requirements, communal
corridors and access routes must be kept clear at all times.
Please arrange for the removal of any personal belongings from these areas. Any items remaining in the communal corridors may need to be removed.
