ESTATE CLEANING - MONDAY 27TH & TUESDAY 28TH APRIL

ALL RESIDENTS PLEASE NOTE:
MONDAY 27 AND TUESDAY 28 APRIL 2026 9.00am until 2.00pm (approximately)
CHEMICAL SPRAYING TO CLEAN ALL OF THE ESTATE HARD SURFACES (THIS WILL INCLUDE THE TUNNEL ENTRANCES AND ALL PATHWAYS IN BOTH GARDENS.)
PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FRONTAGES OF THE FREEHOLD HOUSES.
Spraying with a long-acting cleaning product will take place from 9:00am until 2.00pm (approximately) on MONDAY 27 April this will include all hard surfaces from the north end of the estate up to Coracle Way and both garden areas.
On TUESDAY 28 April treatment will take place again from 9.00am to 2.00pm south from CoraCle Way and at the rear of Montgomery House.
It is estimated that the solution will take 20 minutes to soak into hard surface areas. All accessible parking spaces will be treated, if you could please arrange to move your car(s) between 9:00 am and 2.00pm that would be appreciated.
Although we have been advised that the solution is pet friendly we advise that all pets be kept away from these areas during the morning of the spraying and for at least an hour after the works have been completed.
We can take no responsibility for any issues if this advice is not followed.
