Sewer inspection possible disruption:
As part of the sewer adoption process Severn Trent Water will be carrying out an inspection of the estate sewers on Monday 2nd February. The work could cause some disruption but should only last for two days at the most.
Annual General Meeting minutes:
Warwick Estates has issued a set of minutes to owners following the AGM held on 14th January 2026 at the Sixth Form College. Those owners who have opted to receive material by email will be sent an electronic copy of the proceedings. To save on printing and postage owners without an email opt-in can find the minutes in the (password protected) management section of the website or by logging in to the Warwick Estates customer portal for which you should have a unique login number. The website login (for owners only) can be obtained via the web administrator.
Following a vote at the AGM, three new board directors were appointed and welcomed to the Resident Management Company board and we look forward to their positive contribution. Details are contained within the minutes. There are plans for a follow up meeting in November 2026.
Last news alert:
February will be the last time that we will publish any regular news bulletins. Any future news will be published on The Old Meadow website as and when there is something to report in relation to the estate. We will alert you to any updates via the community WhatsApp groups.
