Community WhatsApp group: We are delighted to have so many members in this group, which has proved a very useful community resource. If you haven’t joined yet, you can do so by contacting the
website administrator who will pass on your details. The group has proved really useful in locating errant mail, reporting problems and recommending trades people etc and is open to all residents.
However, we will be undertaking a clean up of contacts to ensure that only current residents and owners are included. Everyone needs to be identified with both their first and surname to ensure that only bona fide
members are party to conversations. If you are aware of any errors or of residents who have left the estate please let the group administrator know
by sending a direct message.
Letting you know what’s going on: With so many works happening around the estate - sometimes at short notice - we often need to let you know quickly about activities. So please sign up to email as your
preferred method of communication with Warwick Estates. Obviously this is not possible for everyone, but if you use email this is the quickest,
cheapest and most efficient way for Warwick Estates to get in touch.

Parking woes: Please only park in your designated parking space(s). We are seeing an increase in vehicles parking in the “No Parking” areas during the day and especially overnight. These actions are causing issues
for other residents, deliveries and trades people. So please abide by the rules. If you need a space for a short while or maybe overnight, it’s worth putting out a request via the Community WhatsApp for a short term
parking solution. Many residents are happy to help.
