ON THE BRIGHT SIDE MAY TO AUGUST 2025

The website
In the last three months since, our last newsletter, there have been nearly 600
views to our website, and we have received several emails from residents and
prospective residents with general enquiries.
Over the next few months we hope to update the website with new photographs.
If you have any photographs of the estate and surrounding area that you’d like
to share please forward to me.
Emails from Warwick Estates
A note was circulated to owners who were not registered with Warwick Estates
for the purposes of email communications. Thank you to everyone who
responded and has been in touch with Warwick Estates to confirm their email
address. This will help with the circulation of notices and documents.
What a hoot
Have you heard the owls recently? They’ve been making lots of noise in the
early hours. They seem to be in Abbey Gardens. I hope they are nesting there
but haven’t spotted them.
