Are you up to date?
All owners should have received - either by post or email – an update letter from Warwick Estates along with a service charge bill for the estate for 2025. In addition owners should have received a copy of the end of year report for 2024 written by the management board. If you have not received these items please contact Emma-Jayne Pepper by email at

New co-opted director
We are delighted that Paul Davies of Avon House has put his name forward to become a co-opted director following our recent request. Paul has served on the board in the past but had to take some time out, however, he is now keen to be involved once more and so his appointment has been confirmed by Warwick Estates. Paul will attend board meetings and be given some specific areas of responsibility. It was disappointing that we did not receive more interest from owners wishing to take up the opportunity to be part of the board.
However, both Jean Major and David Brown have agreed to continue to act as a co-opted directors responsible for the website and garden
maintenance issues respectively. We thank them both for their valuable, on-going input.
AGM 2025
Following our February board meeting, we hope to provide information about an AGM this spring. However, this is wholly dependent on Warwick Estates finalising the outstanding accounts and other financial
issues that we have been pursuing for some time.  If it is feasible to hold an AGM, then we’ll be asking for volunteers to assist with activities such as signing in guests on the night and distributing paperwork etc. We’ll alert you further when the situation becomes clear.
Information at your fingertips
Remember to take a look at all the documents available to owners in the management section of the TOM website. You’ll need to obtain the password from the administrator to access this area, but it’s a very simple process. Contact Us
