IN THE LOOP NOVEMBER 2024 - JANUARY 2025

Keeping owners “In the Loop"
The RMC (Residents’ Management Company) board met with Warwick Estates in October to progress outstanding issues such as the overdue accounts and repairs and improvements around the estate. Our property manager, Emma-Jayne Pepper, will be writing to all owners before the end of the year with details of the 2025 service charges and an update on
plans aimed at getting the estate in to tip-top condition.
End of year report 2024 and AGM
The board will also be putting together another year-end report for owners covering the past 12 months and beyond. We hope to hold an AGM asap, but this is dependent on Warwick Estates finalising outstanding annual accounts by resolving long-standing issues with electricity over-payments that will have a significant beneficial impact on our finances.
But if you can’t wait.......
Remember to take a look at all the documents available to owners in the management section of the TOM website. You’ll need to obtain the
password from the website administrator to access this area, but it’s a very simple process. Here you will find minutes of the owners’ meeting held at St Barnabas Church on 11 November 2021 alongside summary reports for the years 2021 and 2022.
The Warwick Estates customer portal also contains all the documents from our AGM held on 24 September 2019, including all the legal paperwork as it stood at the time, which we are now set to review.

Roll up roll up and be counted
The board is keen to ensure a succession plan by expanding the number of owners (freehold house owners and apartment leaseholders) involved
in decision-making, especially as the transfer process moves closer. We think the most expedient way is to create four co-opted positions. Although not full directors, co-opted directors would attend board meetings, become au fait with the issues, contribute to debate etc and decide if being a full director is something they’d like to take on in the near future. For more information and to register your interest contact Emma (as above) by 30 November 2024.
