Pretty parking please
There has been a marked increase in vehicles parking outside of the
designated bays, causing obstructions, blocking visibility and making it
difficult for some residents to get in and out of their spaces. Please do not
park - or allow visitors to park - on the paving, especially on the entry
road, or in front of the bin stores etc. If you are employing tradesmen it is
up to you to ensure that they have somewhere to park and that they clear
up any mess left on the common areas. It's always worth asking a
neighbour via the Community WhatsApp if there is a space going free

Lets get loud - not!
If you have a car with a super noisy engine - for whatever reason - it may
give you pleasure to hear that engine purr, but it can be very annoying
and disturbing for neighbours. So please tone it down.
We're working on it
As reported last month, Warwick Estates has been asked to carry out a
number of works around the estate, these include repainting metal
fencing; repairing garden steps and sorting out the gate at the end of
Cadman to ensure that it locks properly as well as raising the height to
deter people climbing over into TOM. If you are aware of something on
the estate that needs attention don't forget to log onto the Warwick
Estates customer portal* (you should have a unique reference) to report
items. Issues relating to the apartments must be reported to PEM.
Water water everywhere
There seem to be a spate of water meters leaking across the estate. So it
is worth checking your own meter and reporting any issues to Severn
Trent immediately or you'll end up paying for water that you haven't used.
