Watch your speed
Please keep your speed below 10 mph when driving through the estate.
We are seeing vehicles racing down the main road, which is dangerous,
noisy and unnecessary. Warwick Estates has placed reminder signs along
the spine road, some of which are being repositioned for better visibility.

Gates to get a makeover
As many residents will have noticed, the gates have become increasingly
unreliable over the last few months. The Board has therefore decided that
rather than a piecemeal approach to repairs we should have a thorough
overhaul and replacement of components that have seen nearly nine years
service. To do this, the gates are to be lifted off their mountings and new,
stronger hinges fitted to prevent them striking and sticking on the
cobbles. One of the motors is to be changed and the underground linkages
replaced. Hopefully this should give us many years of reliable operation.

Please observe garden etiquette
Keep it quiet - The communal gardens are for use by all residents, so
please consider others and don't make excessive noise or play ball games
that damage the plants.

Don't drone on - Drones should not be flown anywhere on the estate.
Not only are these noisy and potentially dangerous, but they can be
considered as trespassing if flown over private property. Any drone
weighing more than 250g requires the flyer to hold a licence with the
Civil Aviation Authority and abide by a series of rules in relation to
proximity to people and buildings.

Dogs on leads please - Fido may be your pride and joy but not everyone
appreciates his attention. Please keep your dog on a lead while in the
grounds and don't let it run amok or do its business until you are outside
the boundaries of the estate.
