Cadman gate - it's good and bad news
Hopefully you will have noticed that the Cadman pedestrian gate is now in slightly better working order. However, the mechanism is far from perfect and does not make for easy closing. Please make an effort to close the gate when you are entering or exiting the estate, even if this means reinserting the gate code (same code as the south garden gate ie with the addition of an "X"). We have asked Warwick Estates to have the locking mechanism looked at again as we are not satisfied with the work or the fact that the gate is still not anchored properly.

We don't want to see your wheelie bins
In keeping with the ethos of the estate to maintain an attractive living environment will all house residents please keep all of their wheelie bins in their garage and not out in the open. The architects who designed the estate stipulated that these bins would be located in the integral garages. It is not pleasant for neighbours to have to look at or smell these bins from their gardens, so please make room in your garage.

Outstanding tasks - we're on the case
Board members continue to put pressure on Warwick Estates to carry out requested works around the estate. We have a forthcoming meeting where we expect to receive a progress report on the outstanding issues such as finalised yearly accounts; the entry gate signage; outstanding repairs etc. Remember if you see any problems please report them (see below).
