Getting the job done
In January board members had a meeting with Warwick Estates (WE) to discuss performance issues and to resolve outstanding works. We have spelt out our expectations and received assurances from WE that it is committed to upping its game. We will be monitoring performance.

Not your space? Then don't park in it!
WE is continuing to speak with VCS regarding its unauthorised entry to TOM and the issuing of parking charge notices. Any action by VCS is on hold. But parking infringements continue to be an issue. Please park in your designated bay(s) and make arrangements for visitors to park in the nearby pay-and-display or by prior agreement with a neighbour etc. Pavements are not for parking and the "No Parking" bays are there to allow vehicles to pass and trade vans to park temporarily.

Improving our looks. Entry gates and speed signage
WE is in the process of providing a plan, for board approval, for smaller, smarter gate signs and for some 10 mph signs along the main road to comply with H&S recommendations.

Oh pooh! Pedestrian access gate Cadman Place
We have instructed WE to fix the lock on this gate asap especially as it provides a cut through for walkers. We do not want this access to become a right of way, especially as we are seeing increasing issues with dog faeces and pooh bags littering the estate. Priestgate has already noticed dog excrement in the communal gardens (classified as hazardous waste). Please keep your dog on a lead and clear up after it.

Getting in touch
If you have not yet signed up to have correspondence from WE sent by email, please contact samantha.campbell@warwickestates.net. Or log on to the WE customer portal using your unique ID where you can sign up for email correspondence and report issues on the ticketing system.
