AGM
As we stated earlier in the month, we hope to hold an AGM in the spring for all owners. We will confirm the date as soon as possible.
Board Summary Report
In the meantime board members have summarised the past 12 months' activities relating to the transfer of the external common areas and general management issues in a summary report. The report is available to all owners, freehold and leasehold and can be accessed by logging in to the management section, sub section Management Information of the website which is password protected.
