IN THE LOOP DECEMBER 2022

Thursday 1st December 2022

Parking enforcement concerns
We have not heard any further reports regarding Vehicle Control Services (VCS) patrolling the estate and issuing parking fines. Warwick Estates has been tasked with pursuing a course of action with VCS that should result in the removal of this company's signage from the estate. However, in the meantime if you do receive a parking charge notice please appeal as suggested last month. You will find suggested words to use at www.theoldmeadow.org

Entry gate signage
We have asked Warwick Estates to review the plethora of signage around the main gates to create a more aesthetically pleasing entrance, while ensuring we comply with H&S requirements.

Estate service charges for external common areas 2023
Warwick Estates should be issuing the service charge bill to all owners by early January 2023. The expected charge per property will be more than this year to cover inflation. Please pay your bill promptly and as instructed by Warwick Estates so that we can maintain cash flow throughout 2023.

If you have not yet signed up to have correspondence from Warwick Estates delivered to you by email and you are able to use this route, please contact property manager samantha.campbell@warwickestates.net with your details (email address, name and property(s) you own).

The Old Meadow annual update
As we stated in last month's In the Loop, it is likely that the next AGM will take place in spring 2023. In the meantime we plan to post an updated report covering the past 12 months and this will be available to view or download from our website on 16 December 2022.

Wishing you a happy and peaceful Christmas.
