Estate service charges
We understand that Warwick Estates is in the process of re-issuing service charge demands for the estate costs to ALL owners. Due to an administrative glitch the apartment owners were not issued with accounts and as a result Warwick Estates intend to re-issue all bills.
If you have already settled your account then it is unlikely that you will need to take any action. The amount per property is around £270.00. If you have not received a bill or have any queries, please contact Liz Whitehead (liz.whitehead@warwickestates.net)
We have asked Warwick Estates for a full explanation and requested that the managing agent cover any administrative costs or shortfalls in the account resulting from their actions.
New owners
As we said on previous occasions, if you are a new or relatively new owner and do not think that Warwick Estates has your details and you are not registered as a member of the RMC (Residents' Management Company), please contact Liz or Samantha Campbell (property manager) samantha.campbell@warwickestates.net
