Board members continue to pursue David Wilson Homes and its legal advisors for further updates on the issues discussed at the owners' meeting.

Estate service charges and RMC membership
All owners should have now received a service charge demand from Warwick Estates for the maintenance of the external common areas. The amount per property is around £270.00. If you have not received a bill or have any queries, please contact Liz Whitehead liz.whitehead@warwickestates.net If you are a new owner and do not think that Warwick Estates has your details and/or you are not registered as a member of the Residents' Management Company, please contact Liz Whitehead, our property manager. Apartment owners will also receive a separate account from PEM for the upkeep of their blocks.

Look out look out - Changes to Highway Code
A reminder that from 29 January eight changes have been made to the Highway Code. These can be accessed via Gov.UK One key change is the priority given to pedestrians at road junctions. So, for example, when you are leaving or entering the estate you must give way to pedestrians and so it is more vital than ever that you indicate to warn vehicles traveling behind you that you are turning into a minor road from the one-way system.

Car parking
Please only park in your designated space(s) and do not use bays without permission from the owner. There are an increasing number of cars parking overnight in the Network Rail "no parking area". This area must be kept clear for access and please be warned that Network Rail has the power to fine and remove vehicles if they cause an obstruction. Bad parking is also causing Veolia problems, in particular a white van that has been parking across the entrance to the Montgomery House main bin store.

Dog fouling
A number of residents have reported an increase in the amount of dog excrement on the estate. Please clear up after your dog and please do not put bags into the pedestrian bin on the corner of the main road.
