Owners' meeting held on 11 November 2021
Owners representing more than 50 households attended the meeting. Paul Smith, a director of David Wilson Homes Mercia and two of his legal representatives from Gateley Plc joined the meeting by video link. Steve Thompson, divisional director and Liz Whitehead, regional manager, from Warwick Estates attended in person along with members of The Old Meadow Management Board.

A summary of the meeting should be available by Monday 13 December and can be downloaded via the website (you will need to log in or contact the web administrator) or via the Warwick Estates portal using your normal customer login.

The meeting heard that, following extensive work between Board directors and Warwick Estates, we should be in a position to sign off the accounts for 2020 and can report that the estate's reserves are now in a healthy state.

Owners asked a range of questions, particularly in relation to the adoption of the estates' foul and surface water systems, details of which are to be clarified by David Wilson Homes. Legal issues relating to the transfer of the external common areas were another key topic. We await further information from Gateley Plc on how the Board can progress the signing of the Umbrella agreement with the block landlords, Adriatic and Abacus.


2022 Service charge demands
Warwick Estates will shortly be issuing the 2022 estate service charge demand to ALL owners. Payment should be made for the full 12 months or in two six-monthly payments. Details will be provided with your account.
