Christmas Carols
If you would like to join in a Christmas carol sing a long you have two choices on the same day.
Doorstep Carols 2021
Last year a number of residents gathered to participate in the doorstep carols which was a great success.
This nationwide event is due to take place again this year at 6.00pm on Wednesday 15 December. If you would like to gather neighbours together and join in all you have to do is tune in to your local BBC radio. For further details go to www.doorstepcarols.co.uk
Carols in The Market Square - 6.0pm Wednesday 15 December 2021
The Carols in the Square concert will be broadcast live on BBC Radio Shropshire.

December is the month of holidays, feasts and happenings (good ones, we hope).
Turquoise is the gemstone and considered the symbol of good fortune, also zircon and tanzanite - thought to keep away evil spirits. Surprise, surprise the flowers are 'holly' and 'paperwhite' narcissus - a relative of the daffodil with lovely white blooms.
