All apartment head leaseholders and freehold house owners are invited to attend.

The directors of The Old Meadow Management Company will provide an update on the transfer of the ECAs into our ownership as well as other estate-related issues. Warwick Estates will also report on the estate's finances and service-related issues.

Papers: Download in advance the Board Summary report from The Old Meadow website www.theoldmeadow.org (you will need to log in via the management section then management information) or from the Warwick Estates customer portal (using your customer login) or request an email copy from Hannah Jones. The summary will be available from Monday 8 November (latest). Please read in advance of the meeting if possible.
