Diary Date - Owners Annual Meeting
This year we hope to be able to convene a meeting for owners relating to the Common External Areas (CEAs).

The date that we have pencilled in is Thursday 11 November with an early evening start time. So please put the date in your diary. Details and confirmation of date, timings and venue will follow from the Board and via Warwick Estates well in advance of the meeting.

If you are an owner (house or apartment), please make sure that your details are registered with Warwick Estates and that, if possible, you sign up for email updates so that we can cut down on postage costs.

Remember that owners of both freehold homes and leasehold apartments should attend the meeting, which deals with the CEA's, their upkeep and our accounts. (Issues relating to the maintenance of the apartment blocks are down to Principle Estate Management).

Adoption of main sewers by Severn Trent Water
Board members are continuing to press David Wilson Homes in relation to the adoption of the main foul and surface water systems. The process is still underway and there are potentially more works to be completed.

What to do if the gates or barrier fails - read the instructions!
Some weeks ago the main gates failed to open. There is a set of instructions on how to release both the gates and the barrier, without using force. These are available to owners via the Warwick Estates portal (use your login details) or by contacting Warwick Estates if you are a tenant. A set of instructions are also held in the security wall safe adjacent to the gates, but you will need the pass code to gain access, which for obvious reasons is not made public.

Or put a message on the Community WhatsApp group (contact the web administrator to join) and someone with know how may be able and available to assist.
