Details
The permissions for keeping pets vary depending on residents' contractual position i.e. a freeholder, leaseholder, co-owner or tenant. You are advised to check your documents.
A freeholder may not keep more than two normal household pets in the property save with the Transferor's consent and may not to keep on the property any livestock, poultry, pigeons, or birds of prey.
For residents living in an apartment or renting a house (lessee or tenant), you may only keep pets, other than a caged bird, with the permission of the freeholder or its managing agent.
