External Decoration & Changes

Details

The overall appearance of the estate will be enhanced if we all maintain some form of conformity. The original plans for the development stated that changes to the homes should not alter "the character and appearance" of properties in the historic conservation area. The paint colours currently used are detailed below.

It is advisable to check the paint matches before using as sometimes the colour is not true - even though we have done our best to provide what we believe are the correct paint references.

External Decoration - Houses
Ideally all paintwork should be painted at least every five years in the following colours:

All external woodwork - Water Base Satin: Aqua Satin White RAL 9010

All front doors - Weathershield Exterior High gloss: Midnight Blue, 3056, 20C40 Base: Extra Deep Undercoat: 4248 Dark Grey

All pipework, gutters and balconies - black gloss
