"Rubbishgate"
Good news. The fly-tipped rubbish outside the main gates to the estate has been removed. We are not sure who took it away but glad it has gone. The owner of the adjoining house is talking to David Wilson Homes, the current land owner, to come to an arrangement regarding this piece of land. This is an issue that the RMC board is trying to influence so that in the long term we can control and continue to own this patch.
Water water everywhere
We have alerted Warwick Estates about the influx of mud and debris
from the recent flood caused by storm Babet. The managing agent will
assess what needs to be done in terms of a clean up, but in the meantime
please take care on the exit paths that may be slippery and muddy.
Anticipating the flood, Rob Lewis, has removed the pedestrian locks from
the north and south garden gates. This means the locks haven't been
silted up and Rob will reinstate them once the chance of more flooding
has been ruled out (for now!).
Parking etiquette
Please do not park or allow visitors to park in someone else's space. If you need a space please make alternative arrangements with a neighbour; try the WhatsApp group or park off site. Please respect others.

If you are an owner, please make sure that you are signed up to the
Warwick Estates' customer portal. This is the place to log any issues or
concerns relating to the management of the common external areas
(ECAs). For clarity, the RMC board members were appointed to oversee
the transfer of the ECAs into our ownership, a process that has been long
drawn out and one that has uncovered a range of issues that board
members have strived to rectify. While board members have had to
intervene in some estate issues, fundamentally the day-to-day
management of the ECAs is the responsibility of Warwick Estates
appointed by landowner David Wilson Homes. Our key contact is
