If you are the new owner of a property (freeholder or leaseholder) it is very important that you register, with Warwick Estates, our managing agents, to enable you to access its confidential portal for details of service charges, and to read and receive Residents' Management Company (RMC) updates and other information via email. When you have registered on the portal you will be able to lodge any queries and report faults (relating to the common parts of the estate) to the managing agent using the ticket system on the Warwick Estates portal. As a tenant you are not able to access the Warwick Estates portal but will have arrangements to report issues to your letting agent or landlord who will in turn deal with the managing agent.
